Reporting & Compliance Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance and IT Risk Specialist to join our team in Bahria Town Lahore. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to internal policies, IT security standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting data protection and cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and monitoring compliance procedures, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement through performance analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is an in-person position with working hours from 4 PM to 1 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, IT security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures to maintain organizational standards.
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Support data protection efforts, cybersecurity measures, and incident investigations.
- Design and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for engineers and managers to track productivity, quality, and overall performance.
- Build monthly KPI dashboards and present actionable insights to leadership teams.
- Analyze trends to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead monthly performance reviews and develop corrective action plans as needed.
- Collaborate closely with IT, HR, and operations teams to ensure policy adherence across departments.
- Support training initiatives aimed at performance improvement and compliance awareness.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in compliance, IT audit, or risk management roles.
- Strong knowledge of data protection and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in documentation and reporting, capable of producing clear and concise compliance reports.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in developing, tracking, and reporting KPIs related to compliance or operational performance is highly advantageous.
