Resorsify is looking for National Service Manager To manage nationwide Customer Services Centers and their Operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- To oversee nationwide service and warranty related issues.
- To impart trainings to service team and others.To verify and process warranty claims nationwide as per M&P and Huawei standard procedures.
- To assist customer service team in understanding and operating features.
- To forecast and place parts orders on regular basis.To assist Management in developing and improving system and process.
- To maintain complaint and repairs record
- .To make regular presentation to the management.
- Do regular market intelligence, SWOT analysis and suggestions for improvements.
- To ensure top ranking in all mystery shopping /survey by the company and industry.
- To keep all equipment fully functional and calibrated.Ensure availability of spare parts and management of inventory on regular basis
