- Attend daily morning meeting at distribution as per itinerary & share minutes with PM on a weekly basis
- Visit markets on daily basis to check at least 3 merchandisers and submit reports accordingly
- Monitor dashboards regularly to meet standards/requirements of the project
- Analyze PJP Rationalization & suggest changes backed by market reports
- Maintain a good relationship with sales and distribution team
- Maintain POSM/Assets tracker by distributor and client
- Visit outstation team once a month to find out problems & solution
- Conduct training sessions of the projects assigned once a week
