We are looking for a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness, and support the team in achieving business goals. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff and creating a positive dining experience that brings happiness to every table.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing and supervising restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Lead by example to ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Actively monitor and respond to customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer relations effectively.
- Proven ability to manage restaurant operations efficiently, including inventory control and staff scheduling.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards applicable to the food service industry.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with local market and customer preferences in Lahore is an advantage.
- This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore.
- Competitive salary starting from Rs150,000 per month.
