The Retail Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi. This position is responsible for managing daily store operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The manager will lead the store staff, coordinate sales efforts to achieve revenue and performance goals, and oversee inventory control as well as the display and merchandising of high-value diamond jewelry.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee inventory management to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent loss.
