- We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in design and growth hacking to develop, implement, track and optimise digital marketing campaigns.
- Working with clients based in multiple business sectors across the UK, Australia, New Zealand, USA & Canada, you will be required to convert their individual business requirements into cost effective and innovative digital marketing proposals.
- The ideal candidate will have exceptional digital marketing qualifications, combined with a proven track record of success.
- Working at a senior level position, you will produce campaigns in collaboration with our in-house designers, developers and project managers whilst handling client relationships yourself. You will report directly to the CEO.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Convert clients’ business needs into highly effective digital marketing strategies and hacks
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROIs and KPIs)
- Present our company to new clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate digital services
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- High achieving educational background
- At least 3yrs’ experience in building and executing digital marketing strategies
- Solid knowledge of website analytics (eg Google Analytics
- A clear understanding of the importance of design and UI/UX in bespoke software development projects
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent client facing skills including good writing abilities.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript development and constraints
- A demonstrable strong work ethic and strong team player capabilities
