We are seeking a highly analytical and result-oriented Assistant Manager Finance to support the organization's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting, Management Reporting, and Business Analytics functions. The incumbent will lead budgeting, forecasting, programme costing, SAP budget implementation, management reporting, dashboard development, and process improvement initiatives to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- ACCA / CA Finalist / CA Inter / ACMA / MBA Finance / Master's in Finance or Accounting.
- 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Budgeting, Management Reporting, or Corporate Finance.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong FP&A and budgeting expertise.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and dashboards.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of IFRS and management reporting.
- Power BI/AI reporting tools experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Group-wide annual budgeting process by coordinating with Strategic Units (SUs), Human Resources, Marketing, PMO, and Central Finance.
- Develop and communicate budgeting assumptions, timelines, templates, and guidelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional budget review meetings and finalize budget allocations.
- Lead implementation of approved budgets in SAP S/4HANA including budget uploads and validations.
- Prepare and review monthly Budget vs. Actual reports and variance analysis.
- Assist in monthly cash flow forecasts, expense analysis, and management reporting.
- Lead Group programme-wise costing for strategic planning and pricing decisions.
- Develop financial models, dashboards, and executive management reports.
- Manage advances and payables portfolio including reconciliations and ageing analysis.
- Lead finance automation initiatives including AI-powered finance solutions and dashboards.
- Develop multi-year admission, revenue, and trend analysis reports. Perform other budgeting, reporting, analytical, and process improvement assignments.
