The Manager Facilities will oversee the overall administrative and facilities functions of the campus, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. The role includes managing campus facilities, maintenance, security, transport, utilities, budgeting, vendor coordination, and administrative staff while ensuring uninterrupted daily facilities and compliance with institutional policies.

Location: Mingora, Swat

Education and Experience:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in administration, operations, or facilities management, preferably in the education sector.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, budgeting, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative management systems will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day campus administration and facilities.
Ensure classrooms, offices, and campus facilities are fully operational and well maintained.
Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, security, and transport services.
Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving and energy-efficiency measures.
Prepare and manage operational budgets and petty cash.
Coordinate with external service providers and government agencies (e.g., Police, PESCO, Gas authorities).
Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and emergencies.
Oversee cafeteria hygiene and service quality.
Allocate and supervise administrative staff duties.
Ensure timely submission of operational reports and compliance with university policies.
