We are currently in the process of adding one team member to our sales department as an Inside Sales Representative most preferably a female.
- Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities;
- Ability to make a huge volume of cold calls to potential customers
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities;
- Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements
- Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in the CRM system.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ability to communicate with overseas clients hence excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.
