Sales Man

Roopam Studio is seeking a dedicated Sales Man to join its team in Gujranwala. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining excellent relationships with customers. This full-time, on-site position requires active engagement with customers, effective communication skills, and a strong understanding of product knowledge related to fashion and gents wear. The Sales Man will also oversee and coordinate a small team of two persons, ensuring that sales goals are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. This position demands responsibility, a hardworking attitude, and the ability to work efficiently within an 8-hour duty schedule. Experience in sales is preferred, and familiarity with customer relationship management and negotiation techniques will be beneficial. The Sales Man must be proactive in understanding customer needs, forecasting sales, and promoting products effectively to achieve business targets.
Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships using CRM tools.
Negotiate sales deals and close sales effectively to meet monthly targets.
Monitor and forecast sales trends to help with business planning.
Provide detailed product knowledge to customers, particularly in fashion and gents wear.
Supervise and guide a team of two sales associates to enhance performance and meet sales goals.
Ensure the sales floor is organized, merchandise is displayed attractively, and stock levels are maintained.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Maintain attendance, punctuality, and work within the scheduled 8-hour duty hours.
Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on customer trends and competitor activity.
Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to enhance sales effectiveness.
