The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring the timely order placement and delivery of our beauty and cleaning products. This role requires the candidate to possess their own bike or vehicle for product distribution. The position does not involve managing a team but demands strong individual initiative and excellent customer interaction skills to effectively forecast sales and meet company targets. As an Order Booker Salesmen, you will play a critical role in maintaining and growing our client base by acting as the primary point of contact for order placement. The role emphasizes building trust with customers, understanding their needs, and providing an exceptional service experience. You will coordinate closely with the distribution team to ensure the delivery of products meets clients expectations and help contribute to the companys growth through accurate sales forecasting and diligent order management.
Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their product requirements and preferences.
Visit clients regularly to take orders and ensure timely delivery of products using personal transportation.
Effectively communicate product features, promotions, and updates to customers to increase sales opportunities.
Accurately forecast sales based on client interactions and market trends to support inventory and supply chain planning.
Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
Maintain detailed records of customer orders, preferences, and communication history to support customer relationship management.
Resolve customer queries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets set by the company through proactive customer engagement.
Report regularly to management on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback.
Adhere to company policies and safety standards when handling and delivering products.
Continuously update knowledge about the companys products and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
