4. Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or supervisors. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

5. Assessment and Testing: Administer skills assessments or tests as needed to evaluate candidate’s technical abilities and suitability for specific blue-collar positions within the industry.

6. Background Checks: Conduct background checks, including criminal background checks and employment verification, to ensure candidates meet the company's hiring criteria and standards.
