We are actively looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team, focusing on non-technical/technical positions for one of our prominent clients based in the USA. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying, selecting, and onboarding top-tier talent for a variety of Tech/non-technical roles. The successful candidate should demonstrate a proven track record in the recruitment, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and have a keen passion for aligning candidates with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process for tech/non-tech positions, from initial job requisition to final offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements and formulate effective recruitment strategies.

Talent Sourcing

  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to attract a dynamic and qualified candidate pool.
  • Establish and nurture a talent pipeline to fulfill ongoing and future hiring needs.

Candidate Screening and Assessment:

  • Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments to ensure candidates align with job requirements and organizational values.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate candidates' qualifications thoroughly.

Employer Branding:

  • Actively contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber talent.

Technical Understanding:

Programming Languages:

  • Familiarity with Python and other relevant programming languages.

Automation Technologies:

  • Understanding of automation tools and frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or Business Development.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tech/Non-Tech Recruiter.
  • Robust understanding of the tech/non-tech recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
