Graphic Designer Internship

RSF Soft is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer Intern passionate about visual design and eager to gain practical experience within a professional work environment. This internship is ideal for students, freshers, or recent graduates looking to build foundational skills in digital and social media design. The selected candidate will collaborate with the design and marketing teams on real-world projects, developing hands-on experience in creating engaging graphics that promote brand identity and enhance marketing efforts. The intern will assist senior designers with daily tasks such as designing social media posts, banners, advertisements, and other promotional materials. The role involves working within brand guidelines while contributing to creative concepts and revising designs based on feedback. This position provides a valuable opportunity to learn professional graphic design workflows, current design trends, and practical techniques in tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. The internship also offers mentorship, portfolio-building opportunities, and potential career growth within RSF Soft.
Responsibilities

Create visually appealing graphics for social media platforms including posts, banners, and advertisements.
Assist senior designers with daily design tasks, learning and applying branding and visual identity principles.
Edit and enhance images and visual content to meet quality standards and project requirements.
Develop creative concepts and design ideas in collaboration with the design and marketing teams.
Implement brand guidelines consistently across all design outputs to maintain visual coherence.
Make revisions and adjustments to designs based on constructive feedback from team members.
Organize and maintain design files and assets to ensure accessibility and version control.
Research and stay updated on current graphic design and social media trends to inform design decisions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver final designs within established deadlines.
Support the team in understanding and applying typography, color theory, layout, and composition basics.
Learn and apply basic digital advertising creative techniques under the supervision of senior designers.
Participate actively in mentorship sessions to enhance design skills, workflow understanding, and professional development.
Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and demonstrate willingness to learn new design tools and methods.
