- Manager Admin & Finance is required for a renown Company for one of its Project in the filed of Real estate/construction, with the following responsibility;
- Must have experience in Construction business.
- Responsible for the arrangement of financial, administrative and logistic requirements of project office.
- Execute the overall financial, administrative and logistic activities of the project.
- Ensure timely mobilization of resources required for effective execution of activities.
- Ensure proper management, maintenance and administration of project office.
- Timely coordination with the suppliers, contractors, designated field staff and Head office.
- Timely disbursement and reconciliation of funds on monthly basis.
- Maintaining and recording of day to day accounting entries along with supporting invoices/bills.
- Processing of cheque payments to head office in timely manner.
- Arrangement and record keeping of office equipment, supplies and stationary.
- Preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure attendance of all staff members on regular basis.
- Responsible for arrangement of trainings or other events.
- Setting and implementing of proper archiving system.
