CANDIDATES WITH AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN TRAVEL AGENCY AS A SALES CONSULTANT WILL BE ENTERTAINED.
- Consultant will be receiving calls from Clients
- Answer Client's questions, as well as question Client to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
- Provide quality customer service on every call.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with Client's
- Assisting all walk-in clients with their Ticket, Visa and Umrah queries.
- Organize and prioritizes duties
- Consultant will handle customer queries via emails
- Minimum 1-2 year experience is required in Travel Agency
- Agents with GDS experience are preferred.
- Its a 10 hour shift job,
