- Develop business & marketing plans in coordination with MD to achieve revenue goals.
- Assist in company’s branding & media communication activities.
- Explain prospective clients about advantage of the services offered and follow-up with them in order to close the business deal.
- Develop business proposal for new and existing customers.
- Managing & retaining relationship with existing clients.
- Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Keep records of new and existing sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Helping the programme to project itself externally by supporting external relations, e.g. networking, social media.
- Train and guide the marketing and business development associates.
- Analyze the current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
