Sales Assistant SAP

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily SAP SD activities and promptly respond to user queries.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of basic SAP user issues.
- Maintain customer master data in line with the approved authorization matrix.
- Monitor Business Partner (BP) data and customer records within the SAP SD module.
- Assist in maintaining customer master data, including sales area data, partner functions, and other relevant sales information, ensuring authorized access.
- Oversee the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, coordinating with relevant departments to identify and resolve pending or delayed transactions.
- Prepare and maintain periodic sales reports, MIS reports, and other management information.
- Monitor sales data accuracy, identify discrepancies between SAP records and reporting files, and coordinate corrections with relevant teams.
- Guide users in understanding standard SAP SD procedures and ensure compliance with approved business processes.
- Support users during new process implementations, system updates, and changes to existing procedures.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT teams to ensure smooth sales operations and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date sales information to support business reporting and decision-making.
- Exhibit effective communication and coordination skills while providing timely support to internal users.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience working with SAP SD module or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, particularly Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot SAP user issues and coordinate resolutions effectively.
- Experience in maintaining customer master data and ensuring data accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to adapt to system updates and new process implementations.
