Sales Executive

Afir Technologies is looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our inbound sales team. In this role, you will manage incoming customer calls, understand their needs, and recommend the most suitable internet, TV, phone, or home security plans from our trusted partner providers. Your primary objective will be to convert inquiries into confirmed sales while providing outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from customers interested in our services.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate plans and packages tailored to their needs.
- Clearly communicate the features, pricing, and benefits of various service providers.
- Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed sales effectively.
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service to foster satisfaction and build customer loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest offers, plans, and promotions from partner providers to provide accurate information.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in spoken English preferred.
- Excellent listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy to handle sales software and record-keeping.
- Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts as required.
- Ability to manage high call volumes with patience and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Freshers are welcome; however, prior experience in inbound sales, telesales, BPO, or call center environments is advantageous.
