We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at our Tipu Sultan Road location in Karachi. The successful candidate will focus on promoting medical disposable products to hospitals and clinics, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and consistently meeting sales targets. This role involves frequent hospital visits, client follow-ups, and active involvement in tenders and product demonstrations. It offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to expand business within the medical and healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective relationships with doctors, procurement teams, and hospital departments.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing business.
- Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and participate in tenders, quotations, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Submit daily and monthly sales reports to management.
- Promote medical disposable products to increase market share within hospitals and clinics.
- Identify new business opportunities through comprehensive market research and analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant medical field.
- 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates based in Karachi.
- The role requires in-person attendance at the workplace.
- Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, six days a week.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 90,000.
- Additional benefits include a fuel allowance to support travel requirements.
