PRIME BPO is looking for a detail-oriented and confident Sales Executive (SVC) to join their team in Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site position requires working night shifts and is best suited for candidates with prior BPO experience who possess strong communication skills and a desire to grow their career in the BPO industry. The role focuses on verifying sales transactions within the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating closely with sales and quality assurance teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Professionally confirm client information and device/service details.
- Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet established quality standards.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of verified sales.
- Coordinate effectively with sales and quality assurance teams.
- Strictly follow company compliance policies.
- Meet daily and weekly verification targets.
- Be available for overtime, additional training, or performance improvement sessions as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience as a Verifier on any campaign is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Professional attitude and strong customer handling skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.

This role offers a competitive salary starting from Rs. 100,000 per month, with additional uncapped bonuses based on performance.
