NOVEL AROMAS, a rapidly growing fragrance house based in Karachi, Pakistan, is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join their team. This role is focused on developing strong B2B relationships and promoting fragrance solutions to companies in the cosmetics, personal care, and toiletries sectors. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding the company’s client base by presenting customized scent solutions and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, including cosmetics manufacturers, personal care brands, and FMCG companies.
- Present fragrance samples, product portfolios, and tailored scent solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate fragrance applications.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements effectively to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage sampling processes, collect client feedback, and ensure smooth order processing.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B settings; experience within the fragrance or cosmetics industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident, self-driven, and target-oriented personality.
- Willingness to travel within Karachi for client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of perfumes, fragrances, or cosmetics is beneficial.
