Responsibilities of this role include:
- Creating and developing account plans for all your accounts, including organisation profile, contacts, targets by service for each contact, strategy for growth, objectives and implementation schedule.
- Following up on cold leads as well as warm leads.
- Developing and executing sales strategies
- Analysing market data, identifying key insights and growth opportunities
- Maintain and develop wide-ranging relationships within your assigned customer base
- Renewing, cross-selling and up-selling a range of services across the value chain
- Present and negotiate up to board level
- Meet the required KPIs and ensure your activity beats standards and expectations
- Continually improve your product and industry knowledge to ensure the best support can be offered to your customers – through industry event attendance and further reading
- Contribute to the objectives of your division and achieve personal objectives
The candidate will be/have:
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Drive and passion to succeed
- Engaging communication skills and presentation skills.
- You will need to be organised and able to prioritise effectively
- Superb communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
