We’re Hiring: Odoo Functional Consultant

Salman & Raheel Chartered Accountants (SRCA) is looking for a dedicated and professional Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on Odoo implementation experience
* Strong expertise in the Odoo Manufacturing module
* Ability to understand business processes and translate them into Odoo workflows
* Experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, training and user support
* Strong communication, documentation and problem-solving skills
* Professional attitude with a commitment to timely project delivery
* Experience working with an audit or accounting firm will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Location: Karachi

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and identify areas for ERP integration and enhancement within the Odoo Manufacturing module.
Gather and document detailed business requirements to guide system configuration and ensure alignment with client objectives.
Configure Odoo ERP modules to translate business workflows into efficient technical setups, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
Conduct thorough testing of configured systems to validate performance, identify issues, and implement necessary improvements.
Provide comprehensive training and user support to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of Odoo systems by end users.
Collaborate with audit and accounting teams, when applicable, to tailor ERP solutions suited to financial and compliance requirements.
Maintain clear and concise documentation on all phases of implementation, configuration, and training activities for future reference.
Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively with stakeholders to ensure project transparency and timely resolution of obstacles.
Apply problem-solving skills to address technical and process-related challenges encountered during ERP deployment and operation.
Ensure professional conduct and commitment to meeting project deadlines and quality standards throughout the engagement.
