Job Description

  • Manage overall sales process, ensure & achieve Sales and Distribution KPI's i.e VoL, Value, Numeric Handling, Weighthed Handling & SOM.
  • To ensure effective implementation of the company's sales operation system and policies in the context of sales & distribution.
  • Ensure territory performance against agreed targets and budgets. Responsible for developing and leading the sales team to deliver sustained sales performance. 
  • Execute Marketing & Trade Marketing tasks in territory as per given guidelines. 

*Note: Candidates from Tobacco Industry will be preferred.
