We are looking for an experienced " Bookkeeper / Junior Accountant " to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
Perform regular bank, credit card, and account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
Reconcile accounts to ensure that they balance and match financial statements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and categorized.
Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
Assist in preparation of monthly payroll and reconciliation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial reconciliation.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
