Sanosis is seeking an experienced HR Team Leader to join our expanding recruitment team in India. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to lead and support a recruitment team of 20 professionals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, strong team management skills, and the ability to work independently while achieving hiring targets. You will play a key role in developing recruitment strategies, building candidate pipelines, and enhancing overall hiring processes to meet organizational goals. As the HR Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will be responsible for tracking team performance, implementing recruitment plans, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, the ability to work from a quiet and stable remote environment, and proficiency with standard office tools including Windows computers and headsets.
Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and support a recruitment team of 20 professionals to meet hiring targets and departmental objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and channels to attract a diverse and high-quality talent pool.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines and talent maps to ensure a continuous flow of potential candidates for key positions.
  • Improve recruitment plans, screening standards, and interview processes to enhance the quality and efficiency of hiring.
  • Monitor and track recruitment team performance and hiring results, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.
  • Recruit key positions directly when the need arises, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and culture.
  • Promote compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and best practices across all recruitment activities.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive remote working environment, ensuring team members have the resources and support needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and candidates to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage scheduling and workload to optimize productivity while respecting work-life balance within the remote team setting.
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching or professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
  • Ensure stable internet connectivity, appropriate work conditions, and necessary tools are available for remote team members to perform optimally.
