Saqi Soft is seeking a detail-oriented On Page SEO specialist with at least one year of experience to enhance the visibility and ranking of our website through effective on-page optimization techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing keyword research, content optimization, meta tags optimization, and internal linking strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic to our digital assets. This role requires hands-on expertise in tools such as SEMrush, including the SEO checker feature, to analyze and optimize web pages systematically. The candidate will manage a small team to coordinate and execute SEO strategies efficiently, ensuring all optimization efforts align with company objectives. The role demands continuous monitoring and analysis of website performance metrics, generating actionable insights, and refining SEO strategies accordingly. You will collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure the seamless incorporation of SEO best practices. This position requires a proactive approach to stay updated with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes. Your leadership in managing the team member will foster an environment focused on achieving tangible improvements in site authority and user engagement through on-page SEO excellence.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact search terms for content optimization.
Optimize website content, including headings, text, and images, to improve relevance and ranking.
Implement and maintain meta tags, such as titles and descriptions, that enhance click-through rates.
Develop and execute internal linking strategies to improve site navigation and authority.
Utilize SEMrush and its On Page SEO Checker to analyze site health and recommend improvements.
Monitor website performance indicators and provide reports on SEO progress and metrics.
Collaborate with content writers and web developers to ensure SEO practices are integrated into web pages.
Stay updated with current SEO trends, tools, and algorithm changes to adapt optimization strategies.
Manage and guide a small team member to execute daily SEO tasks and projects effectively.
Identify and resolve on-page SEO issues that may negatively impact site performance and user experience.
