Digital Marketing Expert

Scale Your Ad is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Expert to join our in-house team based in Bahria Town Phase 4 Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in digital marketing, demonstrating expertise in developing and executing online marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth. You will utilize your deep knowledge of search engine optimization, pay per click advertising, and data analytics to optimize campaigns and increase conversion rates. This role requires a results-driven individual who can analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, making data-based decisions to improve effectiveness. In this position, you will focus on hands-on campaign management, keyword research, conversion tracking, and implementing optimization tactics such as A/B testing and Google Optimize. The successful applicant must be ready to start immediately and work fully on-site, as remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available. This role does not include team management responsibilities, allowing you to focus fully on executing digital marketing strategies and driving high ROI for Scale Your Ad.
Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager to meet company goals.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to inform search engine optimization and pay per click strategies.
Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics Reporting to monitor campaign performance and gain insights into user behavior.
Implement conversion tracking and conversion rate optimization techniques to maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Deploy and manage A/B testing and experiments using Google Optimize to identify high-performing content and user experiences.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment and cost-effective advertising.
Analyze data analytics reports to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement in marketing efforts.
Optimize website landing pages and user journeys to enhance the conversion funnel and increase lead generation.
Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and changes in digital marketing to maintain competitive advantage.
Collaborate with other departments as needed to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
