Scoplex Aesthetics Clinic is seeking a dedicated Floor Manager/Sales Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our clinic floor while driving sales performance. In this role, you will manage a team of 10 persons, ensuring efficient workforce scheduling, smooth shift management, and optimal staff performance to support a fast-paced clinical environment. You will foster a professional and positive atmosphere, maintaining high standards for patient interactions and operational excellence. This position demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to balance clinical demands with sales objectives effectively.
The ideal candidate brings 1 to 2 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic or healthcare setting, with proven expertise in team management, customer relationship management, and conflict resolution. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining composure under pressure. Your role is critical in monitoring team performance, planning operational activities, and ensuring excellent communication between staff and patients while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 10 clinic staff members to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Plan and coordinate workforce scheduling, staff rosters, and shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage and smooth clinic operations.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans to optimize productivity and service quality.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle conflict resolution professionally and promptly, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee daily floor operations and ensure compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to align operational workflow with patient care requirements.
- Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive clinic revenue and achieve predefined sales goals.
- Organize and lead team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and address concerns.
- Report on operational metrics and sales performance to senior management regularly.
- Maintain a highly professional and organized clinic atmosphere conducive to staff productivity and excellent patient experiences.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to support clinic-wide initiatives and improvements.
