The Branch Manager is responsible for managing cost control measures and implementing sales reporting and analytics to monitor branch performance. This role requires a hands-on approach to overseeing point of sale systems, inventory management, and vendor relations. Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of 20 employees to ensure excellent customer service and smooth branch operations.
Oversee daily inventory management and control to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
Develop and implement cost control strategies to maximize profitability.
Maintain operational efficiency by coordinating workflows and streamlining processes within the branch.
Handle conflict resolution and address employee or customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage supply chain activities to ensure timely receipt of goods and maintain adequate stock levels.
Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective supplies.
Oversee the operation of the Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure accurate sales transactions and record keeping.
Analyze sales reports and metrics to identify performance trends and inform business decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and relevant regulations.
Coordinate staff training and development to enhance team skills and performance.
Monitor and report on branch performance including sales targets, expenses, and customer feedback.
