Security Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at our company premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, monitoring access points, and ensuring the safety and discipline of all employees, visitors, and materials within the facility. This role requires vigilance, strong leadership, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily security operations across all company locations to maintain a safe environment.
- Monitor security guards, control entry and exit points, and oversee visitor movement to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Conduct thorough checks of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials entering or leaving the premises.
- Enforce company security policies and maintain discipline among security staff and other personnel.
- Perform regular security rounds and actively monitor CCTV surveillance systems to detect and prevent any security breaches.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, documenting and preparing detailed reports as required.
- Manage attendance, shift scheduling, and deployment of security staff to ensure optimal coverage at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in security supervision or a related field.
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities to effectively manage a team of security personnel.
- Solid understanding of security procedures, including proficiency in CCTV monitoring.
- Ability to maintain discipline and manage staff performance under various circumstances.
- Physically fit, responsible, and well-disciplined to meet the demands of the role.
- Minimum educational qualification of Intermediate level is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Retired Army personnel will be given preference due to their discipline and experience in security operations.
- The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs55,000.
- Work location requires in-person attendance, ensuring hands-on supervision and immediate response capability.
