Manager Leasing (Lahore Based)

Selecto Retail is seeking an experienced Manager Leasing to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate possesses a master's degree in marketing or a related field and brings five to eight years of relevant experience in the real estate or retail chain sectors. This position requires strong skills in contract management, property management, and familiarity with lease administration and commercial real estate software. The Manager Leasing will lead a small team, ensuring effective coordination and efficient lease management processes. The Manager Leasing plays a crucial role in driving sales and marketing initiatives related to leasing activities, ensuring compliance with real estate laws and company policies. The role is based in Lahore and requires a strategic thinker who can maintain excellent tenant relations while maximizing the profitability and utilization of retail properties. The candidate must be adept at utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and property management software to maintain accurate records and support decision-making. Responsibilities

Lead lease negotiation processes to secure favorable terms for the company while maintaining strong tenant relationships.
Analyze real estate market trends to identify opportunities and risks related to leasing and property management.
Oversee the day-to-day administration of lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Manage tenant relationships to promote tenant satisfaction and retention, addressing any concerns or conflicts promptly.
Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for leasing vacant properties.
Use lease administration software, property management software, and CRM systems to maintain accurate lease records and generate reports.
Ensure adherence to real estate laws and regulations applicable to leasing and property management activities.
Supervise and mentor a team member to support leasing operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and operations to facilitate smooth leasing transactions.
Prepare and present leasing performance reports and market analysis to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease terms and maintain property standards.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with landlords, tenants, real estate agents, and other industry stakeholders.
