Sales Development Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in our business expansion efforts by acquiring new clients and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will involve engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our services can address their specific requirements.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, and other strategic methods.
Sales Meetings: Meet prospective clients to gain insight into their business objectives, challenges, and needs. Present our services and solutions compellingly tailored to each client's unique requirements.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress. Provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance and forecasts.

Qualifications:

Good English Communication
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in sales or business development roles, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of pay-per-click advertising and digital marketing concepts is advantageous.
