We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, and data science who can design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy intelligent solutions from scratch to production.

The ideal candidate combines strong programming fundamentals and hands-on model development with practical data science skills, production deployment experience, and the ability to independently own end-to-end AI projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world business problems.
Build end-to-end AI solutions, from data collection and preprocessing to feature engineering, model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Apply deep learning techniques to appropriate problems involving neural networks, NLP, computer vision, time-series forecasting, or other relevant domains.
Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflows where appropriate.
Perform exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, feature selection, experimentation, and model performance optimization.
Write clean, efficient, maintainable Python code and implement solutions with limited reliance on generated code.
Build and integrate model-serving APIs and connect AI solutions with existing software applications.
Collaborate with data engineering and software engineering teams to build reliable data pipelines and production-ready AI systems.
Apply MLOps practices, including model versioning, experiment tracking, automated testing, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
Optimize model accuracy, inference latency, scalability, and resource utilization.
Take technical ownership of projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and communicate findings and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
4+ years of relevant professional experience in AI/ML engineering, machine learning, applied data science, or closely related roles.
Strong Python programming skills and practical experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation, cross-validation, and overfitting prevention.
Practical experience training, fine-tuning, and evaluating ML or deep learning models—not solely integrating third-party AI APIs.
Experience with statistical analysis, exploratory data analysis, data preprocessing, and translating business problems into measurable ML solutions.
Experience deploying models through APIs or production applications using tools such as FastAPI, Flask, or equivalent frameworks.
Working knowledge of Git, Docker, Linux, testing, and deployment workflows.
Ability to independently develop, debug, and explain code, model architectures, and technical decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building LLM-based applications, RAG systems, embeddings, vector search, or AI agents.
Experience with NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, forecasting, or other advanced ML applications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Experience with data pipelines, SQL, data warehouses, Spark, or distributed data processing.
Familiarity with MLflow, Weights & Biases, orchestration tools, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
Experience optimizing production AI systems for performance, cost, reliability, and scalability.

What We Are Looking For A hands-on technical professional who understands AI and ML beyond frameworks and API integrations, can build models from the ground up, applies data science principles to solve problems, and can take ownership of the complete development lifecycle—from raw data to a deployed, monitored solution. Candidates whose experience is limited to prompt engineering, basic chatbot development, or API integration without solid ML and data science fundamentals will not be the primary focus of this hiring process.
