We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to oversee and maintain various Private Hajj Management systems, including Nusuk, Masar, and DHC MIS. The role involves ensuring precise data entry, verification, and record keeping while preparing and managing reports using Microsoft Excel. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Finance, and Visa teams to guarantee timely system updates and adherence to Hajj operational procedures and deadlines. This position demands strong analytical skills, the ability to perform under pressure during the Hajj season, and a dedication to mentoring junior staff through training and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Nusuk, Masar, DHC MIS, and other Private Hajj Management systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform accurate data entry, verification, and record management across all platforms to maintain data integrity.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports using Microsoft Excel, utilizing advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and complex data analysis formulas.
- Continuously monitor data accuracy and promptly resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Visa teams to ensure timely and precise updates to the systems.
- Maintain comprehensive digital records and operational documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Provide training and ongoing support to junior staff on system usage and effective data management practices.
- Ensure full compliance with Hajj operational procedures and consistently meet all deadlines, especially during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in data management, MIS, or system administration roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and complex formulas for data analysis.
- Excellent computer literacy and internet navigation skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, particularly during the demanding Hajj season.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience working with Nusuk, Masar, DHC MIS, or any Private Hajj Management System is highly desirable.
- Background in the Hajj, Umrah, or travel industry will be considered an advantage.
