Senior Executive Raw Material Store

As part of this journey, we are seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory issuance and receipt, coordinate stock movements, document warehouse transactions, maintain accurate records, and oversee the overall storage and organization of inventory at our Port Qasim Plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure timely issuance and receipt of inventory, accurately recording all transactions in SAP at the warehouse site.
- Supervise the placement and stacking of stock within the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility.
- Oversee the counting of raw materials during issuance, receipt, and stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate resolution of any excess or shortage discrepancies directly at the warehouse site.
- Liaise with production departments and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to address and resolve raw material concerns promptly.
- Prepare and share weekly stock and transaction reports with 3PL partners, ensuring immediate follow-up on any discrepancies.
- Process and prepare stock adjustments at month-end to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to batch management practices within the 3PL store.
- Maintain compliance with National Foods Limited’s approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at the 3PL facility.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in warehousing and inventory management.
- Proficiency in SAP for inventory transaction recording.
- Strong skills in inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Effective time management and communication abilities.
- Ability to lead and build teams within a warehouse environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes.
