We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead comprehensive recruitment and employee management efforts within our organization. This role involves partnering closely with senior leadership to align human resource initiatives with overall business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial services sector, particularly within asset management or investment advisory firms, and possess the leadership skills necessary to manage the full employee lifecycle effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and secure top talent across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR initiatives that support and drive the company’s strategic goals.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conduct investigations with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, professional bodies, and executive search partners to enhance talent acquisition efforts.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certifications are considered an advantage.
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within an Asset Management Company (AMC), brokerage, or financial services environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, guide, and collaborate effectively across teams and senior management.
- Proven experience managing complex HR functions and employee relations in a fast-paced, regulated industry.
