We Are Hiring –Registered Nurse /Registered Nurse– ICU
Hasan Suleman Memorial Hospital (HSMH) is a 312-bed hospital being developed in Malir, Karachi, with planned opening in December 2026. HSMH is committed to providing safe, quality, accessible, and patient-centered healthcare services.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Registered Nurse /Registered Nurse– ICU to provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients, support ICU operations, and ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection prevention, and patient safety standards.
Qualification Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.Specialization or relevant certification in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Nursing is required.
Valid Registration and License of PNC.
Experience Minimum 4 years of relevant nursing experience in a hospital setting is required.Experience in ICU, Critical Care, or managing critically ill patients is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, clinical conditions, and responses to treatment.
- Assist in managing ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed orders and hospital protocols.
- Operate and monitor ICU equipment, including ventilators and cardiac monitors.
- Recognize and respond promptly to clinical deterioration and medical emergencies.
- Coordinate with physicians, consultants, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation, patient records, and clinical handovers.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, medication safety, and patient safety protocols.
- Support and guide junior nursing staff in delivering safe and effective patient care.
