Job Description
- Serenity Spa and Health Club Islamabad is looking for a Branch Manager in our Islamabad Branch to undertake all Branch Management duties at our main branch.
- You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Branch Manager, agent or relevant position
- Knowledge of office management and basic account keeping
- Proficient in English
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
- Customer service orientation
- MBA (Management & Marketing) will be preferred
- Answering telephone calls, responding to queries and booking appointments
- Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Systematically filing important company documents
- Managing a team of 8-10 staff members
