Responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of 20 restaurant staff members, ensuring effective teamwork and high performance.
- Coordinate daily restaurant operations, including opening, closing, and maintaining proper staffing levels.
- Monitor customer service standards and respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to ensure accurate order processing and financial transactions.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff by providing ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the restaurant.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and reducing waste to optimize costs.
- Prepare reports on sales, labor, and other key operating indicators for senior management review.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
