We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to teach French and Russian language courses to our staff members. The ideal candidate will have native or near-native proficiency in French and experience in language instruction, preferably in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging French and Russian language lessons tailored to the needs and proficiency levels of adult learners.
Conduct language proficiency assessments to evaluate staff members' language skills and track their progress over time.
Create and implement innovative teaching methodologies and materials to enhance learning outcomes.
Provide constructive feedback and support to help staff members improve their language proficiency and confidence.
Collaborate with other language instructors and departments to integrate language learning into the company's training and development programs.

Qualifications:

Native or near-native proficiency in French and Russian languages.
Bachelor's degree in French language, education, linguistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in teaching French and Russian language courses to adult learners, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds.
Certification in language teaching (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, DELF) is preferred but not required.
