Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and manage a large team of 90 engineering personnel to ensure alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve technical issues during product development and operational phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement engineering solutions.
- Prepare, review, and maintain detailed technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and process guidelines.
- Coordinate and monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Support senior engineering staff in research, analysis, and testing activities to enhance product performance.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating current processes and recommending enhancements.
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities effectively to stakeholders at various levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards throughout engineering processes.
- Mentor and develop team members to build technical skills and improve overall team performance.
