The Facilitation Center Coordinator at Shifa Foundation plays a crucial role in managing and streamlining activities within the facilitation center focused on health and nutrition initiatives. This position requires someone with at least two to three years of relevant experience in the health and nutrition sector, capable of coordinating resources, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operation of events and programs. The coordinator oversees a team of two persons, guiding and supporting them to achieve the foundation's objectives in delivering impactful services and programs.
In this role, the coordinator is the central point of contact for vendors, team members, and external partners, responsible for meticulous event planning and execution. The position demands strong organizational skills, effective team facilitation, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently. The incumbent actively collaborates with various departments to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and all activities align with the foundation’s mission and values.
