- Ensure all the logistic and administration arrangements completed for the agreed set of the activities.
- To ensure proper filing of data and its backup on daily basis at the end of day, if required
- To ensure accurate and timely entry of data into the database.
- Re-verification of entered data as per the plan of activities
- Maintain the database of the capacity strengthen activities, including regular gathering of data collected from field teams and compilation, cleaning and initial analysis.
- Timely sharing of the information/ Data with WFP and Govt authorities as per agreed timelines
- Assist the finance officer in preparation of the budget and other related financial matters
- Perform the other secretarial/admin related tasks
- Liaison and train the respective districts’ staff on data collection on prescribed tool
- Ensure submission of quality project reports on timely and efficiently.
- He/she will also monitor the project activities as per project indicators and provide the feedback.
