Shifa International Hospital Ltd is seeking a skilled MEP Draftsman with at least eight years of experience in MEP design and drafting. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and is proficient in using AutoCAD and Revit MEP software for preparing detailed layouts and as-built drawings for hospitals and related projects.

Requirement:
* Experience in MEP design and drafting
* Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems
* Coordination and problem-solving abilities
* Proficient in AutoCAD
* Proficient in Revit MEP
* Experience of working on AutoCAD MEP drawings

Qualification:
* Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical (DAE)
* Preferable with AutoCAD course

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed HVAC, electrical lighting, electrical power, plumbing, drainage, fire fighting, fire alarm, medical gases, public address, nurse call, telephone, cable TV, networking, WiFi, CCTV, and RFID access control system layouts.
Develop and maintain as-built and construction MEP drawings that integrate seamlessly with architectural and structural plans.
Ensure all MEP designs adhere to applicable building codes, safety regulations, and hospital standards.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to guarantee design accuracy and project coordination.
Use AutoCAD and Revit MEP tools to produce precise and clear design documentation for project execution and approval.
Coordinate revisions and updates to drawings based on feedback and project changes.
Run quality checks on drafts to verify completeness and compliance prior to submission.
Assist in identifying and solving design conflicts or issues during the drafting phase to minimize project delays.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all MEP design drawings and related project files.
Keep updated on the latest MEP drafting technologies, software updates, and industry best practices to enhance design quality.
