Position: Customer Service Agent
Location: Lahore/Remote
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software and systems.
