Siddiqsons Industries (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Executive to join our Audit Department. This role requires proficiency in MS Office and other basic applications, alongside a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has at least two years of experience in accounts or audit. The position is based at our Head Office in DHA, Karachi, with multiple sites across Karachi. The Audit Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the audit process by conducting thorough financial and operational reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy. This position does not involve managing a team but requires effective collaboration with other departments and adherence to company policies. The individual must be organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards in audit procedures.
Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing internal and external audits to verify financial information and operational compliance.
Review accounting documents, transaction records, and financial reports to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations for corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards during audit processes.
Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and resolve any audit issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to audit activities for future reference and reviews.
Use MS Office tools efficiently for data analysis, report generation, and presentation of audit results.
Support the continuous improvement of audit processes by identifying gaps and proposing enhancements.
Stay updated with the latest accounting principles, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning new skills and adapting to changes in auditing techniques and company practices.
