QA Asst Manager

Silk Route is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing quality management processes to ensure product and service excellence. The successful candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and an ability to lead and coordinate quality assurance activities effectively. As an Assistant Manager, the individual will manage a team of four professionals, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the department. In this position, the QA Assistant Manager will actively implement and monitor quality standards across Silk Route's operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively guide the team, track quality metrics, and resolve any quality issues promptly to uphold the companys reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities

Manage and supervise a team of four quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance and professional development.
Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve quality processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics and data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process enhancements.
Coordinate corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, audit results, and improvement initiatives for senior management review.
Stay updated on relevant quality regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Support the development and implementation of training programs related to quality standards and procedures.
Facilitate communication between the quality assurance team and other departments to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
