Sino Tech International is seeking qualified Plumber and AC Technicians with a minimum of two years of experience to join our skilled maintenance team. Responsibilities
- Install and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and fittings in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct pipefitting tasks such as cutting, assembling, and installing pipes according to specifications and blueprints.
- Assess and diagnose plumbing and HVAC issues accurately to determine the most effective repair approach.
- Maintain clear records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used and time spent on each task.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulatory standards to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs needed and provide cost estimates when required.
- Manage inventory for plumbing and AC repair supplies, reporting low-stock items to supervisors.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to support large scale repair or installation projects.
- Stay informed about new tools, techniques, and industry standards related to plumbing and air conditioning technology.
